As a result of continuous efforts for upgraded step, M3 Partners now successfully grafts the advantage of 3D Printing technology into tooling industry, i.e. applying, so called, DMLS method for mold cores of conformal cooling channels.

This new method enables to reduce cooling time with shorter molding cycle, which obviously benefits not only cost-saving but improvement of molded parts’ quality.
